Hi there! I’m Harriet and I have first-hand experience of how damaging a stressful lifestyle can be.

A few years ago I left my “dream job” with no backup plan and no clue what to do next; all I knew was that I needed to make some serious changes in my life.

A combination of toxic work environment, gruelling hours, and a paycheck that barely covered my rent and bills eventually came to a head. I was crying in the bathroom every day, my self-esteem and confidence were zero – all in all I felt as if I were completely worthless and unworthy.

And I could barely bear to drag myself to my dance classes – my biggest passion and source of joy in life! I gained weight, felt sluggish and lacking in energy, and I was deeply anxious and depressed.

All in all, the complete opposite of healthy.


So since then I’ve been determined to help other women escape the situation I found myself in, or catch them before they fall that far!

Using my background in dance (I train regularly, as well as perform and teach) and love of cooking, I’ve made it my mission to learn as much as possible about mental and physical health, and to share my experiences to empower you to take control of your own life, just like me.
