I have created this blog to help you realise that there is more to life than a daily struggle. I want people with mental illnesses not to feel defined by those illnesses. I want you to feel happy, healthy and balanced, inside and out. I am not okay with just existing. And I think you feel the same way.
This website is not for people looking for a quick fix, or the latest fad. It can be only too easy to be sucked into the latest "it" food, the newest social media-inspired trend. But here at Strong Imperfect Mind, I want to help you build a sustainable lifestyle that promotes mental and physical health.
