Strong Imperfect Mind is a blog about fitness and mental health based on my own experiences. The first was my own, personal struggle with anxiety and depression. The second, a tremendous amount of frustration and exasperation towards the current state of affairs in the “health and fitness” industry.
Here I will document my own efforts to regain control and balance in my life, without resorting to pills, potions or fads – and with a big dose of body positivity!
I’ll be talking about food, exercise and mindfulness as ways of creating a lifestyle which soothes the mind and promotes health both inside and out. So say “no” to fitness fads and start living a lifestyle that embraces both mental and physical fitness. Come on in!
